Lentil

Lentil (Lens culinaris) is a herbaceous plant belonging to the Legume (Fabaceae) family. The round seed of the plant, which has white flowers and has high nutritional value and is green or brown in color, is the part we use as lentils. The most well-known type; red and green lentils
